Billy was born and raised in a Climax Springs, Missouri where he attended Climax Springs High School, State Fair Community College and University of Missouri at Kansas City before he attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. He met Monica, his wife, at Chiropractic School.  He was in his first year and she had just started.

Monica grew up in Willows and then spent a few years in Chico where she received her AA at Butte College. She then moved to Kansas City where she received her BS in Human Biology & Doctor of Chiropractic at Cleveland Chiropractic School.

Billy and Monica then moved to Willows in 2004, opened their own practice and have their three children: Billie, Bryson and Blake.

Billy and Monica are very active in the community. Billy is involved in Willows Rotary, Knights of Columbus,  Disc golf courses and other outdoor equipment put in place in our area.  He loves being able to put more outdoor activities in place in our community for people to enjoy. Monica is a member of YLI, on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).

They both enjoy the outdoors and many different sports as well as hanging with their family.
